All wild game needs to be skinned, cleaned and preferably with the head off. If the animal comes in dirty and requires cleaning you will be charged $25.00

1. All pepperoni is cryvaced in 1-1 ½ lb. packages
2. All summer sausage is stuffed into approximately 4 lb. logs then cut in half and cryvaced.
3. Smoked sausages are cryvaced in 4 to 6 links to a bag.
